As we journey through life on Earth we tend to collect all kinds of emotional weight we are completely unaware (or unconscious) of surfacely, but can feel in our essence. It’s because we carry the trapped emotion(s) inside of ourselves. When this emotion becomes trapped for a long time, one’s reactions to triggers surrounding the trapped emotion can be viewed as a recurring pattern of the following plus more: becoming uncontrollable, dissociative, hurtful, destructive, self-sabotaging, self-dismissing or anything similar.    

 

Trauma in all forms can cause a hole or break in our bioenergetic field (aka aura). Over time (especially if we keep repeating painful experiences and are not maintaining our energy), our biofield can obtain breaks. When a break forms, a piece of our soul can become hidden within, in order to survive the traumatic experience. This is a reason we can feel broken or fractured, because we’re not operating with our soul fully expressed. These holes allow for energetic debris to enter which can seemingly take the form of demons and/or attachments. 

 

When this occurs it can feel like functioning at less than 100%, running on auto-pilot, being stuck in the same life and relationship patterns, feeling partly deceased, and any of the previous unconscious reactions I listed in the first paragraph. 

 

Demons/ attachments/ unintegrated portions of ourselves are like black holes that lash out through us because they feel lost, disconnected, and screaming for help. Sometimes demons can be seen as a lost piece of ourselves that is acting like a destructive toddler to let us know something is hurting inside. More rarely they are foreign energy.

Another way of explaining this is: Sometimes when we go through traumatic events a piece of the soul diminishes or hides itself. What can take its place is dark matter, which is unconsciousness. Unconsciousness occurs when traumatic things happen to us, and we can't make sense of it. So we can behave from this place of pain (unconsciousness) because we're trying to work it out with ourselves. This dark matter can present itself as automatic painful behavioral or thought patterns that are destructive for you and/or others. Fearful, aggressive, painful thoughts or actions are byproducts of this dark matter being in one's field. This dark matter is not an enemy, it’s a piece of oneself that got lost and is presenting itself in sometimes outrageous ways, to get your attention. It's important to not judge yourself for the experience of unconsciousness, because judging is what makes someone hold onto that energy. When we surrender judgement for the unconscious behavior and thought, we free ourselves from that energy. The dark matter is a great teacher that can show us what we need to heal.

For the “integration” portion I help you identify what  you are letting go of (out of control reaction, unconscious behavior/thought, specific experience, and/or foreign energy). Through speaking help coach you into lovingly talking to the younger version of yourself, if you need the guidance on how to do so. Afterwards we invite the hidden part of your soul back into your expression. We also discuss what this looks like in regards to the lifestyle changes that are necessary to keep the part of yourself that has been invited back, to remain feeling safe.

*Disclaimer: There is a potential for some physical pain in the following days due to a large detoxification on the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical levels.
